Prophetic Significance of Earthqukes
7.9 magnitude quake strikes Peru A 7.9 magnitude quake stuck southern Peru and parts of Chile and Ecuador. This massive quake has left at least 40 people dead and more than 450 injured as homes, shurches and buildings just collapsed under the magnitude of this quake. The quake was centered about 120 miles west of the coastal city of Arequipa, about 500 miles southeast of Lima. Many are homeless and many too afraid to go back into their homes after more than 20 aftershocks continue to affect the area. Experts expect the death toll to rise. Please pray for mercy on the people of Peru effected by the quake.
