This "New Years Word" by Prophetess Susan Cummings explains much of what many of us have been sensing of late -- 1) that there has been an increase in warfare by the enemy as he seeks to distract us; 2) that there seems to be an acceleration in the natural as well as the spiritual (we have all seen the tremendous increase in natural disasters and the acceleration on all fronts of Biblical prophecy); and 3) that the enemy has brought much distraction to turn us from our assigned tasks and to rob our peace.

The Lord's admonition is clear. Keep focused on Him (Seek His Face) and do not focus on the enemy. Perform your assigned tasks being careful not to let anything draw us away from Him. Lay it all at His feet and expect change as the Lord repositions us for the Great Harvest. Prepare as the Lord will now reign in His own house.

Have confidence that the Lord will empower His people for the task at hand. As the anti-christ rises, the Lord will also rise as the Bright Morning Star and His people will carry out great exploits in the midst of darkness. (Dan 11:32)

Now that you have begun to walk through the New Door that was opened unto you, it has become apparent to you that the enemy also knows of your progress. The warfare has increased to match the assignment that has been given. It is no surprise to you, as you have walked this way before, but you know also that time no longer has the same effect now. For time has accelerated and has given way to My Purposes concerning My People now.

As all things come into fulfillment, the time will accelerate, and everything will progress so that you may fulfill your assignments and bring forth the harvest at this time. You have seen the beginnings of the acceleration. Already things don’t fit, or keep in their sequence like it used to.

Both natural time, and the spirit are adjusting to My movings. Readiness is being made in the heavens for the next release upon you, My servants.

Take nothing for granted. Make good use of your time, and remain at rest. Many distractions have been unleashed against you to prevent you from walking in My timing. For it is important to remain in step, and in tune. Do not allow trivial things to rob your focus or your peace. Lay all things at My Feet, and hold nothing tightly that would bring your focus off of the task at hand.

I have told you your task. I have shown you what must come to pass. I know your steps in the sequence that they will fall, and do not need to remind you of them. Keep your eyes upon My face and allow nothing to draw you away from Me.

I am ushering in New Directives and many changes will be seen in the days to come, as to your placement and advancement. I am bringing forth all My Plans concerning you, and My People, and you will begin to walk in them this year. It is time for My Remnant to walk and to be and to do, in the earth. No longer will I be hidden and no longer will things be veiled.

Just as the enemy is being revealed at this time, so am I! As time now accelerates, so does the unveiling! For all things now strain towards the release and to the glorious culmination of My return. I will bring forth My Hand in plain sight of My People and they will know that I Am their God. For as the antichrist rises up to sit for his hour, I also rise up to rule and reign in My House.

There will be no fear in My Own. They will be full of My Might and Power and will walk in Me in the earth as a witness and as the Truth, even unto the end. For My Word is True. You have been made ready by Me, and I know you by name, and will be in you, and with you, as you follow My lead. Do not detract from your course. I have laid your path and will be upon you mightily as you walk in Me. I will reap with My Sickle, and reap a full harvest, in these dark days ahead, and I will do it through you! Fear not, but rise up!

For I have unfolded the scroll and it has already begun.
