There have been several prophecies (these are on the web site) warning of the possible devastation on the U.S. West coast before November 1, 1999 unless there is "sufficient repentance."
I have been posting regularly about the move to repentance in my own home church. Now, here is an update from the N.W. U.S.A. and the repentance and revival there. It appears that God is allowing additional time for repentance - PTL (justlike he did with Ninevah)
From another Prophetic ministry I recieved the following: (Excerpt): We believe the Lord has shown us that this judgment of war will not come to America in 1999. We have received additional dreams, input from other prophetic ministries and a confirming witness in our own hearts that God is giving more time for repentance and preparation.
However, consider these remarks by another individual:
Hi Vince,
We've been praying for the Lord to withhold judgement from the West Coast. But many feel that we are past the Lord's forbearance. The latest information on fetal tissue pricing and partial birth abortion is so appalling that this nation can no longer expect God's mercy.
Where are the bold pastors, Vince? I am a new Christian looking for a single voice to ring out across this land with God's holy indignation.
All I can do is keep admonishing the brethren to speak to unsaved friends, for surely the time of His reappearing MUST be soon.

Where are the bold pastors? What about abortion, fetel tissue research, the spilling of innocent blood and our inexorable move against Israel (Gen 12:3 curse). We are still on borrowed (or rather grace) time. Make the most of it and continue to work for the kingdom while it is still day, for the night is fast coming when no man may work.
Relative to the West Coast Devestation and the move to repentance, here is what is continuing in the N.W.:

Humanly speaking, there was no connection between the recent "conditional"
earthquake warning (by November 1) on the West Coast and the revival going
on there, but there is no doubt a spiritual connection.
The earthquake was
either delayed or averted.
As the day approched, missionary Timothy Snodgrass in the Philippines, who
had issued the warning after an angel encounter on September 20, said that
the Washington/Oregon area was in the most danger. With very odd timing,
the front page of the October 29-31 issue of USA Today warned of newly
discovered "intraslab" major earthquake possibilities in the Northwest!
In view of all the above, it is probably no coincidence that the Northwest
is where revival has recently broken out so powerfully.

Dear Jim
Let me tell you about the miracle of last Tuesday. the 26th of October. I
asked you to pray for an open window in Washington. I want to thank you for
what you have done. There were no advertisments in the newspaper, radio or
television. There was only the miracle of answered prayer.
If you will
remember, it started with the children. Some as young as 6 years old saw a
vision of hell, and started crying out to Jesus to save the lost.
Night after night hundreds came to watch the children be touched by God.
Then it hit the adults. Now, hundreds are coming every night to see what
the Lord is doing in Washington. Over 1,000 came last Tuesday, and the
backup on the highway was about a mile long. This is a miracle for
Washington! What did they come for? How did they know to come? Why did
they come? I am sure the people who write books will figure it out.
This is what I know so far.
The first miracle was the unity among the churches.
We had Mennonite, Dutch Reformed, Baptist, Brethren,
Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Assembly of God,
Foursquare, Vineyard, Messianic Christian, Catholic,
Episcopalian, Church of God, Charismatic and non-
Charismatic, Pentecostal and liberal, all in one accord.
I felt like Moses when the 12 tribes came together.
The tribe of Judah wanted to praise.
Judah means "praise".
The tribe of Levi wanted to work.
Levi means "is joined" with work.
The tribes of Gad and Zebulun wanted to go to war.
They were men of war, fit for battle.
The tribe of Benjamin wanted to seek the right hand of God
Benjamin means "he who sits at the right hand of the Lord".
The tribe of Issachar wanted to have a committee and study the times.
It was a blessing to see a Baptist church praise in English,
right next to a Pentecostal church praising in tongues.
No one was condemning one another. We all knew we were
tearing down strongholds.
As the tribes came together, no one was saying one way
or another was better. We were in one accord in our desire
for revival in the land.
They all promised to come back next Tuesday, the 2nd of Nov.
They promised to bring even more than before.
They promised to break open the windows in heaven .
On Friday evening, over 55 churches were represented in the services.
Now, for you on this list. I love each and every one of you.
As far as I can tell, we had almost 1 million people from around
the world praying for last Tuesday's meeting. There are 7 million lost
souls here in the Pacific Northwest. We are so close to major break-
out revival, you can feel it everywhere. I can't do it without you.
I am asking the Lord for 7 million souls to pray. We want one Christian
around the world to pray for every lost and dying soul here in the Pacific
Northwest.
The reason it has taken me so long to get back to you is because
we have heard from churches, prayer groups and persons
in most every state in the United States. Over 100 countries have checked
in, saying they will pick up the banner and pray for this miracle.
This is not the time to stop, but the time to charge!
This is not the time to back off, but the time to press in.
Will you partner with the Lord on this attack on the enemy's last stronghold
in the United States?
Christian body, hear the war cry! You can have a part of divine destiny
and victory for Jesus. All you have to do is pray. I don't care if
you pray a little or a lot, just pray this Tuesday.
Pray the Christian body awakes even more.
Pray the Holy Spirit breathes life on the dry bones.
Pray for faith and unity to stay in the body.
Pray for souls to get saved.
Pray as you would want others to pray for you.
We had small churches praying and
we had churches, all over the world, of 10,000 and more praying.
We had prayer groups praying.
We had home fellowship groups praying.
And we had thousands of individuals praying.
We even had four people in Papua, New Guinea praying for Washington!
Brownsville, Toronto, Smithton, Korea, and Japan
are just a few of the places where people were praying.
The responses to our request were overwhelming! So many people in other
nations were already burdened to pray for our part of the country. There
is an urgency in their prayers, as they know we desperately need a move of
God - before God moves in judgment. How incredible to be praying in
agreement with so many brothers and sisters, and to know NOW is God's time!
Here is my request .
If you are a Christian, please, do not say you are too busy.
Just whisper a prayer for Washington.

There have been several prophecies warning of the possible devastation on the
U.S. West coast before November 1, 1999 unless there is "sufficient repentance." I mentioned the move to
repentance in my home church over the last month or so. Below is a letter from a Washington State Church
also being moved to repentance by God (excerpt: "It started with the children. Some as young as 6 years
old saw a vision of Hell, and started crying out to Jesus to save the lost.")
God also underscored the validity of these warnings of devestation with a 7.1 earthquake in the high desert
of California. Here are some updates. First, as I previously wrote:
The 7.0 Earthquake in California that occurred yesterday is known as a signature judgement of God. It
occurred in the high desert in a sparsely settled area, in the middle of the night and resulted in no deaths
and just a few minor injuries. It is somewhat similar the the Northridge earthquake that his in the middle of
the California porn industry that was also at a time that minimum loss of life
would occurr.
It is not over as hundreds of aftershocks are expected. Some in the 5.0+ magnitude range.
There is no question that this was a major earth quake. Reports said it rolled on for 45 seconds. 7.1 is no
small earthquake and the forth that I am aware of in the last couple of months. It was felt in LasVegas as
well as buildings swayed. It was reported that Gamblers stopped for a minute or two before the resumed,
but did anyone consider the meaning of this event?
Fire One for Range? This was a warning from God. If you received and read the email post last week of
several prophetic warnings that California was going to be utterly
devestated by earthquakes, this was not it. A signature judgement is a call to repentance and it means there
is still hope according to 2 Chronicles 7:14 if GOD'S PEOPLE will repent from their wicked ways.
Remeber Ninevah was only 40 days from complete annialation when they repented from the King on down
and judgement that had been pronounced was rescinded (it fell several hundred years latter when their
sin had reached its full).
It was a warning. Who will heed it?

Pastor John just read the first 20 verses of the book of Ruth and
17 people jumped up to get saved. There were 17 children crying
out to God at the altar when this happened.
A miraculous burden of prayer has hit the people here for the PNW.
For Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Now we are expecting thousands
this Tuesday, the 26th of October. If everyone comes who has said
they will come, we may have as many as 3 - 4,000 in prayer meeting
just this Tuesday alone. It was standing room only tonight.
These numbers may seem small to some of you back east but you
must remember we are in the most unchurched area of the nation.
To get even a few hundred is a miracle for Washington.
God is on the move and the body of Christ is responding to the call.

Last night I received an e-mail from my new acquaintance, the U.S.
missionary in the Philippines, Timothy Snodgrass, who had the angel
encounter on September 20th warning of a possible devastation on the U.S.
West coast before November 1, 1999 unless there is "sufficient repentance."
He gave me the address of his new Web site, still under construction,
which is http://www.expage.com/page/tgsnodgrass. He says, "The site now
has three links, but will be expanded even further as construction
continues during the following week. The 'ministry' section is not up yet
(which tells more about us and will answer most of your questions), but it
will be up in a few days."
Below is an excerpt from his Web page, mentioning the September encounter
and also something else very unusual.
First, let me say that Timothy's 9/20/99 encounter was obviously no small
thing to him. It was so real and powerful it caused him to make the
extremely long and expensive short trip back to the U.S. to lead in
intercession.
Second, Timothy's very first night after arrival in the U.S. resulted in
another angel encounter, and also the now-rated 7.1 earthquake in Southern
California! Incredible timing. It is described below:
Prophetic Intelligence Report
10/19/99 Issue
The West Coast of America is overdue to experience an
unprecedented seismic event. A similar event took place
approximately 4,000 years ago, which was so enormous that tidal
waves from the shaking embedded the bones of fish into rocks on
mountain peaks as high as Mount Shasta in California, and tossed
boulders the size of semi trucks like pebbles across several
thousand miles from the Atlantic to the Midwest of the United
States, according to scientists. Althought the magnitude of this
next event will be much smaller than the one which caused the
flood 4,000 years ago, nevertheless, if not averted through prayer,
fasting, and repentance it will be large enough to destroy entire
portions of the West Coast of America, and be felt along the
Pacific Rim from China to Mexico, according to angelic warnings.
Can this event be delayed or averted? YES!!! That was the message
of the angel on 9/20/99. God cares about the lives and souls of
people who live along the Pacific Rim!
In the last September report I gave an account of angelic
visitation which occurred in the Philippines Islands on 9/20/99.
The angel communicated not with words, but mind to mind by the
Spirit of the Lord that the West Coast of America would be
destroyed in less than 40 days (before November) if there was not
sufficient repentance. Within seven hours after the visitation a 7.6
earthquake struck Taiwan, and shortly after the Philippines
experienced a volcanic eruption and a series of large earthquakes.
In the report I also communicated that I would be returning to the
United States on Oct. 15, 1999, to intercede for the West Coast of
America. When I arrived in Las Vegas on the evening of Oct. 15 I
was very tired from my long journey and immediately fell asleep.
Seven hours later, I awoke at 2:45am and saw an unusual sight.
Three angels were standing at the foot of my bed looking down at
me! I rubbed my eyes and began to fall back asleep, when a large
noise thundered outside my window (which sounded like a tree
falling over and hitting our building). It startled me into an alert
state, and I looked for the angels but they were no longer there.
Seconds later the earhquake struck, which felt like waves of the
ocean rolling over our apartment. I threw on my robe and slippers
and quickly ran out of the building. The street was filled with
other people who had evacuated from their homes, and who were
in a dazed and confused state. (I had witnessed this same sight in
the Philippines the previous month during the volcanic eruptions
and earthquakes.) This 7.0 earthquake, which was centered near
Twenty-Nine Palms in California, was not the fulfillment of the
prophetic word, but a warning of the seriousness of the matter.
Prophetic warnings are often mocked and ridiculed by the Church
in America, especially if a date is mentioned. And when a remnant
of people begin to pray and fast and the judgment is delayed or
averted, the prophetic messenger is often called a false prophet.
The Church in America needs to grow up and stop stoning God's
messengers. Don't judge all prophetic ministries just because
you've had a bad experience with one immature 'prophet'. Don't
throw out the baby with the bath water! The warning has now
been given. This judgment CAN be delayed or averted if there is
repentance, prayer, and fasting, and most importantly, we must

The following letter was issued by fellow watchman Jim
Bramlett. When one considers Amos 3:7 (Surely the Lord GOD
will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his
servants the prophets.), what is contained herein is
certainly plausible. It is also plausible for the following
reasons:
1) Large increase in very large earth quakes and volcanic
eruptions in the last couple of months (warning quakes in
California last month)
2) Rise of Sodom and Gommorah activities in California (See
second letter below)
3) General signs of judgements as enumerated ad nausium on
this web site.
Now, do not miss the part that repentance in accordance with
2 Chronicles 7:14 can avert this disaster, just as
intercession and repentance turned Hurricane Floyd as that
last moment avoiding a disaster of Biblical proportions
(apologies to North Carolina which is still struggling in
the after math of Floyd).
What is interesting to me is the repentance that "broke out"
in my home church the last two Sundays. It was not just
kl=little stuff, people were standing in the fro=nt asking
for forgiveness for such things as hating their brother and
wanting to strangle him to death, unforgiveness, intense
uncontrollable anger, etc.
What has been going on in your churches? And do not forget
to intercede and pray.

it and act on it if and how the Lord may lead.
If nothing happens, some will be quick to ridicule this
report. That's
okay. I would rather suffer the ridicule of men that the
rebuke of the
Lord for not reporting it, and warning people.
IF WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED THIS WEEK IS CORRECT, THERE WILL BE
A MAJOR, MAJOR
DEVASTATING EARTHQUAKE ON THE WEST COAST OF THE UNITED
STATES IN THE NEXT
FEW DAYS. SEE BELOW FOR POSSIBLE DATE.
IF YOU LIVE ON THE WEST COAST OF THE U.S., PRAY ESPECIALLY
HARD FOR GUIDANCE.
1. WORD FROM ANGEL. The following story from a U.S.
missionary in the
Philippines, Timothy Snodgrass, was forwarded to me this
week by a friend.
I traced the story to its source, a lady who personally
knows Timothy and
who told me that revelations he has had for her in the past
have all come
true. Here is an amazing, recent supernatural account
described by Timothy:
"On 9/20/99 I received a message which was delivered by a
heavenly mesenger
who was dispatched from the continent of Africa. His skin
was of dark
complexion, and his royal clothing was African interwoven
with kingly
designs. In his right hand he held a beautiful walking
staff which was
inlayed with turquoise stones formed in the fashion of
animals, trees and
symbols representing Africa. Standing behind him I could
see the faint
images of other angels, but my eyes were not focused upon
the angels, but
upon the walking staff which this heavenly messenger
carried. Immediately
in response to my thoughts, the angel gently placed the
staff in my hand.
When I touched it I became dizzy and drunk and could not
stand on my feet
without leaning on the staff. The angel gave me a message
without speaking
a word.
"His message was basically, 'The West Coast of America will
be destroyed in
less than 40 days (before 11-1-99) if there is not a
sufficient
repentance.' A new strength swept over my physical body and
I lifted up
the staff towards heaven and began to prophesy. I struck
the ground with
my staff and seismic waves began to ripple across the earth
in every
direction. Suddenly there was a flash of light and loud
clash of thunder
and the angels were gone. (A spectacular electrical storm
was dancing
across the Philippines.) Within 7 hours after the angelic
visitation a 7.6
earthquake struck Taiwan, and shortly after that a volcano
erupted in the
Philippines. Following the volcanic eruption, there were
several large
earthquakes sending many residents in the Central and
Southern Philippines
into a state of panic."
2. SIMILAR WORD ONE DAY BEFORE ON OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD!
Today I
discovered through a reliable friend that a young man,
Robert, in Virginia
on the other side of the world, had a visitation from the
Lord amazingly
just one day before the above encounter. The friend of
Robert with whom I
spoke, a mature Christian lady, said that when Robert hears
from God, the
Lord always starts with, "Robert, listen to me." Robert's
body shakes. He
hears words in his spirit, and then he sees pictures.
Robert says that on
September 19, 1999 the Lord said to him, "What was is not to
be." He then
saw the West Coast of the U.S. "fallen off and consumed by
the sea." He
saw a dam burst. He saw other things such as a volcano
erupting. Last
week he offered this additional information: The West Coast
earthquake will
be OCTOBER 11, 1999.
It is interesting that on August 16, 1999, Robert saw a
"great storm" and
the entire East Coast covered with black clouds from Florida
to Maine, and
he saw severe flooding. This was only 3-4 weeks before
hurricane Floyd
hit, affecting from Florida to Maine and causing severe
flooding. Floyd
was truly a "great storm,"one of the largest and most
powerful hurricanes
in history. Oddly, it became a "great storm" on September
11, the first
day of the Feast of Trumpets and year 5760 on the modern
Jewish calendar.
And amazingly, the Hebrew gematria, or alhpa-numeric value,
of the Hebrew
letters for F L O Y D = 5760.
3. PASTOR'S WORD OF WARNING. Pastor Dan Bohler of Kansas
City called me
one night last week, saying the Lord had put me on his heart
to call. He
said he senses that judgment on America is imminent. He
specifically sees
terrorist attacks coming. He said he senses it may begin in
OCTOBER, 1999.
(Interestingly, the mainstream media reported this week
that the
government fears an imminent chemical attack by Osama Ben
Laden terrorists
in the financial district of New York City.)
4. WITH INCREDIBLE TIMING, THIS VERY DAY I got a call from
Bonnie Gaunt
saying there are reasons to believe the rapture may be on
October 10. On
the corrected Jewish calendar, October 9 will be Tishri 1,
the beginning of
the Feast of Trumpets and possibly on God's true calendar
the end of the
sixth millennial day, just one day before the possible
judgments. It may
also complete 2,000 years or two millennial days since
Jesus' birth,
possibly marking the beginning of the third day of Hosea
6:2. Bonnie says
that if the 6,000-year "earth lease" (that Charles Capps
also refers to)
expires on October 9, it makes sense that the judgments
would follow
immediately. The very next day???
Bonnie said that a comprehensive article written by a friend
is being
e-mailed to me by him. The article reportedly documents
reasons for an
imminent rapture. I will forward it upon receipt.
Do with the above as the Lord leads. Note in item number
1above that the
angel said it is conditional, based on possible "sufficient"
repentance.
May the Holy Sprit bring a spirit of repentance all across
the land. Only
God knows how much is "sufficient." He always offers
repentance, but in
His foreknowledge He knows whether or not it will be
sufficient. It is
all in His hands.
May the God of grace have mercy and grant grace, especially
upon His people.

Presidential Dinner" in Beverly Hills, the governor's
spokeswoman
Hilary McLean said.
Art Croney, lobbyist and executive director of the Committee
on
Moral Concerns, a nonprofit group funded in part by the
California Southern Baptist Convention, lamented it is "the
first
time ever in the history of California to have a governor
who is
radical enough to sign these bills."
"The laws we are passing now have never been accepted in any
civilization or any religion," Croney lamented. "No
civilization
in all of human history has given this type of societal
recognition to gays and lesbians."
Davis, at the homosexual fund-raiser in Beverly Hills,
stated,
"These three bills will send a message across this country
and
around the world that we are determined to unleash the full
potential of the human spirit here in California."
Davis' action indeed is expected to ripple across the
nation,
Croney warned. "The gay activists aren't going to be
satisfied
with this," he said. "They're just now feeling empowered."
The bills Davis signed into law are:
-- Assembly Bill 26, which establishes a statewide registry
for
domestic partnerships, which it defines as same-sex couples
of
legal age and heterosexual couples age 62 or older.
-- Assembly Bill 537, which adds "sexual orientation" to a
list
of protected classifications in the state's education code
prohibiting harassment and discrimination on the basis of
race,
color, religion ancestry, national origin, disability and
gender.
AB537 also means school districts cannot refuse to hire and
cannot dismiss teachers because of their sexual lifestyle
choices, according to information supplied by Capitol
Resource
Institute in Sacramento, Calif., a Christian values-based
educational nonprofit organization.
-- Assembly Bill 1001, which adds sexual orientation to
anti-discrimination provisions of California's Fair
Employment
and Housing Act. This measure elevates sexual orientation to
the
level of race or ethnicity, which are protected by civil
rights
laws. AB 1001 requires tax-funded investigations, and fines
and
damages of up to $50,000, for violations of the law.
Davis vetoed Senate Bill 75, which would have provided
domestic
partner registration as an alternative to marriage for any
couple. The governor called the bill "overly broad."
Still on hold is Assembly Bill 1670, which would provide
protected "civil rights" status to homosexuals and allow
$150,000
in fines and damages to be levied against people who did not
want
to do business with people who chose a homosexual lifestyle,
according to the Capitol Resource Institute. If the governor
does
not rule on the bill by Oct. 10, it automatically becomes
law by
default.
"These bills have been around for years," Croney said. "The
difference is that we have a new governor, one who supports
the
gay agenda. It's theoretically possible to challenge the
laws in
court. But we have a liberal judiciary. We lost that branch
of
government a long time ago."
California in 1975 was one of the first states to abolish a
law
prohibiting sodomy. Davis' election last year "emboldened
[gay]
activists to introduce their most ambitious legislative
package
ever," stated an Oct. 3 report in the Sacramento (Calif.)
Bee
daily newspaper. "[T]he governor did not disappoint them."
Wiley Drake, pastor at First Southern Baptist Church, Buena
Park,
Calif., was among the speakers at a noontime rally of about
200
people Oct. 5 in front of Davis' Riverside office.
The rally, during which a cardboard cutout of the governor
was
tarred and feathered, was sponsored by the nonprofit
Campaign for
California Families.
Drake is pastor of a church in a commercial part of Buena
Park
that squared off with city officials about three years ago
after
about 20 homeless people sought sanctuary on church
property.
Today more than 200 people live on the property; the church
is in
a building program to provide suitable living quarters.
"We see right here at First Southern the terrible
hideousness of
AIDS and the results of broken lives as a result of
homosexual
promiscuity," Drake told the rally in explaining why he
joined
the anti-homosexual-rights movement. "Their lifestyle
literally
becomes a physical as well as spiritual suicide."
Making laws that promote more of the same is
counterproductive,
Drake said.
"If we go back to the early writings of the communist party
in
this country, we find one of their flagship enterprises was
to
promote homosexuality because they knew that was breaking
the
foundation of the family, and that would break America,"
Drake
explained. "The demise of the human race has just begun."
Drake listed seven steps of action that could be taken
against
Davis:
1) "Adopt a commitment to follow the Bible as Peter and the
other
apostles did when they said, 'We ought to obey God rather
than
men,' in Acts 5:29, and proclaim God's truth about
homosexuality
as found in Romans 1:24-32."
2) "Commence imprecatory prayer and cry out to God for
vengeance
and judgment as David did in Psalm 109:1-31."
3) "Commit to daily prayer for those caught up in the sin of
homosexuality and any other sin of the flesh."
4) "Continue communication and prayer sessions with
legislators
who honor and uphold the Judeo-Christian values our state
and
nation were founded upon."
5) "Work as though everything depended on us, but know and
trust
God for the final victory, as well as new legislation to
counter
these ungodly laws."
6) "Pray and ask God for his mercy and patience to hold his
terrible 'Woe' when he said, 'Woe to them who call evil
good, and
good, evil; who put darkness for light, and light for
darkness;
who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!' Isaiah
5:20."
7) "Pray that the pulpits of America proclaim the whole Word
of
God as we ask God for revival in our country."
"When the governor signed those bills, we obviously were
disappointed and spent some time praying and crying for our
nation, because we know as California goes, so goes the
nation,"
Drake said. "We are afraid this is going to set a very bad
precedent for the rest of the nation."
So what's a Christian American to do?
"They could elect a conservative majority to the assembly or
the
senate; they have that opportunity every two years," said
Croney,
speaking specifically about California of an effort needed
in any
state. "Too many people don't vote and some who do are taken
in
by campaign ads.
"You can't use campaign advertising to decide which
candidate
will be a better lawmaker," Croney continued. "Look at their
voting record. If someone voted for gay rights it doesn't
matter
how conservative their advertising is."

said.

struck western and central Japan.
On August 17, 1999 a quake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale hit the San
Francisco area, but fortunately there were no immediate reports of damage or
injury, officials said. (This may have been a warning to repent before judgement,

On August 17,1999, a massive earthquake struck at the heart of Turkey's most
populated cities killing many thousands of people Tall buildings and homes
collapsed. The National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo. revised
its estimate of the quake's magnitude upward to 7.8, making it nearly as powerful
as the 7.9-magnitude San Francisco quake, which killed 700 people in 1906.
On Thu Aug 12,1999, a strong earthquake rocked parts of central Indonesia. It
was a magnitude 6 earthquake struck centered beneath the Maluku Sea, about
200 miles east of the Central Sulawesi capital of Palu, said Rasyid, an official of
the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency in Jakarta.
On Wed Aug 11,1999 a series of earthquakes and aftershocks jolted large parts
of the Mideast and western Mediterranean islands, including Iran and Cyprus,

Abstract
A method is presented for facilitating sales transactions by electronic media. A bar code or a design is tattooed on an individual. Before the sales transaction can be consummated, the tattoo is scanned with a scanner. Characteristics about the scanned tattoo are compared to characteristics about other tattoos stored on a computer database in order to verify the identity of the buyer. Once verified, the seller may be authorized to debit the buyer's electronic bank account in order to consummate the transaction. The seller's electronic bank account may be similarly updated.

Melville is preoccupied with what he regards as the most dangerous event in human history: an experiment, scheduled for November, at the Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, N.Y. Brookhaven has a device, called the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, that has the world’s physicists tremendously excited. Scientists believe they can use the collider to duplicate the conditions that prevailed milliseconds after the Big Bang. The only problem, according to Melville, is that, “It has been theorized by Steven Hawking that from the quark-gluon plasma that would result from the experiment that other forms of matter could also be produced; the most dangerous being a black hole.” Melville believes if you did create one in the Lab, that although it would be microscopic at first, it would grow exponentially, eventually obliterating Earth.
In case you think this boarders on mental illness, Fred Moody writes that other physicists are speculating along the same lines as Melville. He points to the July 1999 Scientific American which contains letters debating the possibility Melville raises, and the July 18 Sunday Times of London reported on and editorialized against the experiment, which it considers frighteningly dangerous.
Moody concludes they are playing at God. He feels that the experiment is conducted by human beings who cannot possibily no all the unknown paths that this experiment could take; just as powerful antibiotics ultimately created an invincible staphylococcus bacterium. In other words, techno-pride goeth before the fall.

DAN 12:4 "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."
Clearly world-wide travel and knowledge have increased dramatically. There is no question that mankind's knowledge continues to expand at an accelerated rate. But with that increased knowledge comes an increased ego and a disdain for the God that demands faith in the face of intellectual elitism.
As far as a black hole destroying the earth, I do not find anything in the Bible about the earth being destroyed by a black hole, so I am not too concerned about this experiment destoying the whole world. But it does point out the pride and arrogance of our societies elite that they have placed their faith in a techno-god and their own abilities to foresee the future. We see it in cloning experiments. We see it in the placing of pig organs in human beings (which all carry, in the words of researchers a virus that is harmless but also cannot not be eliminated from the pig cell as it is part of the pig's basic DNA), we see it the invention of "terminator seeds" which are not viable in subsequent generations -- excuse me, what if something unexpected happened and all seeds on the planet mutated unexpectedly -- all life would very soon cease to exist.
The Bible is clear -- only God knows the future: "Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure." (Isa 46:9-10)
The Bible is also clear that "pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." (Pro 16:18)
Very soon now we will all be called to give an account before God. If you are not clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ, you can intellectualize God away all you want, but you will not be spending eternity in heaven, but rather in a place with a much more severe climate.
God is Love and He is not willing that any should perish, but for those who reject the free gift of salvation made available through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, they will find themselves sinners in the hands of an angry God. Yes, God is a God of Love, but He is also a God of Holiness and righteous judgement who cannot even look on sin - which is why God the Father turned away from Jesus when Jesus carried the sins of the world at Calvary which prompted Jesus to say "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me."
Likewise, when we die our eternal spirit, if not regenerated, by the new birth experience, into the family of God, will not be spending eternity in heaven as God cannot even look on sin.
The time of redemption is at hand. If you are still playing
with sin in your life, there is not much time left before the
door to salvation and restoration closes -- and it will be too
late.
Jesus wants to be our ``Kinsman Redeemer'' and reddem us from
the law of sin and death, but this is only possible if we make
Him our ``Near-of-Kin'' by being adopted into the family of
God.
God is spirit; therefore, to be adopted requires a spiritual
rebirth. This is what Jesus was talking about when he told
Nicodemus that he must be born again (born from above [John
3:3]). If we're not born into the family of God, Jesus can't
redeem us. But if we'll just ask God to forgive our sins and
ask Jesus to become Lord of our lives; He will also become our
Kinsman Redeemer; we will be spiritually regenerated (reborn)
into God's family; God will seal us with the Holy Spirit, the
guarantee of our redemption when Jesus comes again. (Eph
4:30).
Jesus is coming soon! Are you ready to meet your God? And for
those of you who name the name of Jesus, but have not bore the
fruits of repentance, you may be a "Christian" in name only.
It is time to work out your own salvation in fear and in
trembling.
The time of redemption is at hand. If you are still playing
with sin in your life, there is not much time left before the
door to salvation closes and it will be too late.
Thus says the LORD: "Behold, I set before you the way of life and the way of death." -- Choose life.
REV 3:20 "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.
JOH 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me

was to arrive in Israel. The German-built Dolphin is the first of three similar submarines to be accepted by
the Navy over the course of the coming year. Cost per sub: $300 million. Foreign experts say
the submarine could be outfitted to give Israel a second-strike nuclear capability, helping
Israel retaliate against nuclear attacks on the mainland..."
On August 17, 1999 we reported that Syria, with the help of North Korea, has constructed a network of five
tunnels throughout the country to conceal its nuclear weapons program and its arsenal of ballistic missiles
(SCUD-500 Kilometer range and capable of being tipped with nonconventional warheads
carrying Saran Nerve Gas), reported Steve Rodan, editor of Middle East Newsline. The report
also indicated that nine additional fortified tunnels were underway so with the five already
completed in aggregate all 1,000 missles in Syria's arsenal could be protected from
conventional Israeli attack.
On September 15th, it was reported that Syria is within six months to maybe a year of deploying a "Super
Scud-C" missile, with an estimated range of some 500 kilometers, is capable of targeting all of Israel with
biological or chemical warheads. The missile is being with Iran who has been providing technical and
financial support. In addition, Syria is making other military preparations, reinforcing its missile silos and
taking other steps to protect its missile launchers from attack. In addition, ABC news recently reported
that Syria is successfully circumventing US restrictions to obtain missile technology from China. Syria is
attempting to extend its strategic missile threat through acquiring the M-9 medium-range ballistic missile.
The missile's range will allow Syria to strike with conventional, chemical and possibly nuclear-
warheads as far away as Ankara, Turkey and deepen its options with Israel
Taken in aggregate, we can see the fulfillment of Isaiah 17:1 on the table as well as movement toward the
Ezekiel 38 invasion of Israel.
Israel's first strike nuclear capability is the only thing that has kept Israel safe from its hostile
neighbors. However, giving back land in exchange for peace has compromised their ability to
react to an invasion. Syria is taking a hard-line in peace negotiations and demanding the
return of all the Golan heights. If this would occur, Israel would not have sufficient warning
to react to a sudden and swift attack. Obviously, these submarines would give Israel a second
strike nuclear deterrent. However, the timing of the submarines deployment with the
relinquishment of the Golan heights may be the "hook in the jaw" for Israel's enemies to
attack. The Ezekiel 38 invasion is described a a massive attack designed to destroy Israel once
and for all. Such an attack would not have the ability to eliminate a Israeli nuclear response if
the new subs were deployed. This invites an attack before Israel can deploy its new subs. Is

Also, Isaiah 17:1 points out that, sometime in the future, Damascus will be totally destroyed. We
know it has to be future since it has not happened to date. And it is well known that if Israel
is backed into a corner, they will order preemptive strikes utilizing whatever technology they
deem appropriate, including nuclear arms. If Syria and Israel do have a military
confrontation, will Syria's military alliance with Russia be the ``hook in the jaw'' mentioned
in Ezekiel 38 that draws Russia into its end-times invasion of Israel? Keep your focus on
God, but watch Israel.

Clearly Syria is preparing to win a war with Israel and today's report of Syria being within six months of
targeting all of Israel is something that is not being overlooked or underestimated by Israel. You can also be certain that Israel's acquision of 2nd strike nuclear capabilities is not being overlooked by Iran, Russia, etc. This is just one
more piece in the puzzle as we see the Ezekiel 38 players being positioned by God.
There is no question in this author's mind that the Ezekiel 38 invasion of Israel may be very close and in
concert with it may be the destruction of America. America is over ripe for judgement. If America fails to
help Israel when the invasion occurs we will be most likely be judged based on Genesis 12:3.

Someday the building for the third temple will begin and the anti-christ will be in the background waiting to deile the temple and declare himself to be God. Sometime soon, as a result of the defeat of Israel's enemies in the Ezekiel 38 battle with god, a peace treaty, or in some other manner, this temple will be built and when it starts to go up, there will be no question that Jesus is at the Door.

On Monday 27th September, 1999, the third day of the Feast of
Tabernacles, at 09:00 AM, The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful
Movement will hold an historical event; the cornerstone for the Third
Temple will be carried to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to be laid on the
south-eastern corner of the location of the First and Second Temples to
start the godly process of the rebuilding of the Temple. The event will
start at the Western Wall Plaza close to the ramp leading up to the
Western Gate of the
Temple Mount.
As usual, it appears that the Arabs who still manage the Temple Mount,
will do their best to prevent this event from taking place and the Israeli
authorities will not allow the cornerstone to be laid on the Temple Mount
because of fear of the hostile Arab reaction. The Israeli authorities
will only allow the cornerstone to be brought close to the Eastern Gate o f
the Temple Mount and to the City of David. However, we still have almost 2
week until the event and we will do our best to convince the Israeli
authorities to open the gates of the Temple Mount for the cornerstone.
The laying of the cornerstone will be an exciting event. In the early
morning the 4˝ tonne marble cornerstone, which according to the Word of
G-d, was not cut with iron, will be taken under a chuppah on a flat-bed
truck covered with Israel flags. A priest, who will wear the original
priestly garments prepared over the last years in Jerusalem according to
the godly laws after much research, will follow the cornerstone. He will
carry the vessel to draw the water from the Pool of Siloam which will be
poured on the stone. Other vessels which were also recently reconstructed
for the Temple Mount will also be carried by other priests.
Levites will
play musical instruments which were reconstructed according to the design
of the musical instruments of the First and Second Temples.
They will
also blow shofars. From the Eastern walls and gate of the Temple Mount, the
cornerstone will be taken to the City of David and be anointed to be the
cornerstone of the Third Temple in the same place where 3000 years ago,
King David anointed the Ark of the Covenant of the First Temple. From
there, the cornerstone will then be taken. Followed by the crowd, to the
Pool of Siloam where the Biblical ceremony of the drawing the water, as
done in the time of the First and Second Temples, will be performed. The
water will be poured on the cornerstone. In the Biblical times this was a
special ceremony performed by the pilgrims together with the kings of
Israel , the priests and the Levites. It was a ceremony full of joy and
celebration when they asked G-d to bless the year and to give them a lot
of rain and to bless the ground.
In this event we shall renew all of these and other Biblical traditions
and bring them close to the hearts of people and we shall give all the people
of Israel and all the world the feeling that it is again a reality in our
lifetime.
Friends and members of the Temple Mount Faithful Movement from Israel and
from all over the world will participate in this exciting event and
everyone is called on and invited to be together with us on this special
day.
The event of the building of the Third Temple, the end-time Temple,
belongs to everyone in the world. G-d dedicated and anointed Israel to
rebuild the Temple, but He expects everyone to participate and to be a
part of it because the Third Temple will, according to the Word of G-d ,
be "a house of prayer for all nations". We call on everyone in the world
to join s in this godly work. If you can join us on this day in this

This event, which was the biggest dream of the Jewish people over the

Israel but the life of all mankind. The rebuilding of the Temple will
bring the major end-time events to a climax and open the gate for the
coming of Mashiach ben David. This will show that we wish to bring the
G-d of Israel and His commandments and laws into the centre of our life
and the Word of G-d in Isaiah 2:2-5 will become a reality in our generation. "And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the
hills; and all nations shall flow to it. And many people shall go and
say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the
God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his
paths; for from Zion shall go forth Torah, and the word of the Lord from
Jerusalem. And he shall judge among the nations, and shall decide for
many people; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their
spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, nor

G-d is ready for this great vision to be fulfilled in our lifetime and
the great godly event of the rebirth of Israel in 1948 opened this era. We
are living in a great godly time and we know that G-d is expecting us to
rebuild His house. When we founded the Temple Mount Faithful Movement, we
immediately understood that we are living in G-d's timing and we decided
to be G-d ‘s vessel for this great godly cause. We felt privileged to
dedicate our lives for this goal, not just as a theoretical vision, but to make it
a practical event in out lifetime. To those who do not have the vision and
the godly values to understand this and who say that the time to rebuild
G-d's house in Jerusalem, because of fear of the Arab Islamic reaction,
and the other enemies of Israel all over the world, including the great
powers, we shall say what Joshua and Caleb said when the 10 spies told to Moses
and Israel that they could not take the Promised Land because of the
giants: We shall go and take the land which G-d promised us and we trust
that G-d will give us success and defeat all the giants. We shall also
say what the prophet Haggai said in the name of G-d to the poeple of
Israel at a very similar time in the life of the people of Israel: "Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying, This people say that the time has not yet come, the time that the Lord's house should be built. Then came the word of the Lord by

your well timbered houses, while this house lies in ruins?

The Temple is most likely required to be up so the anti-christ can defile it.
"He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him." (Daniel 9:27)
According to Reuters, "Soviet spies buried explosives across the United States and Europe as part of a Cold War sabotage campaign that identified power stations, fuel pipelines and other infrastructure sites, a former KGB official says.
Soviet spies surveyed hundreds of potential sabotage sites in the United States and Western Europe in the 1960s and 1970s. ''As part of that,'' according to ``60 Minutes'' ``they buried booby trapped arms caches near some of the targets.'' The explosives presumably are still there.
In the United States, the KGB sabotage plan covered areas across the country. One of the first targets identified by the KGB was an oil pipeline running from El Paso, Texas, to Costa Mesa, California. The Hungry Horse Dam in Montana also was on the list as was a ``tremendously elaborate system'' for knocking out electrical power to New York state, ``60 Minutes'' reports.
Unfortunately, the spy, Mitrokhin, told ``60 Minutes,'' that his files did not ``spell out'' how many explosives were buried in the United States or their exact locations, but Andrew says in his U.S. TV interview that the Kremlin knows where they are.
In Europe, Andrew said one of the sabotage sites was ''checked out'' in Switzerland. Mitrokhin's directions were followed ``precisely'' and when investigators began to dig, they uncovered something dangerous. ``They turned a fire hose (on the site) and it exploded,'' he said.
In the report, A Clear and Present Danger
it was reported that on August 30, 1999 by Joseph de Courcy, editor of "Intelligence Digest," that "while NATO congratulates itself on bombing the Serbs into submission, Israel's Mossad and other Middle Eastern intelligence sources have discovered that Kosovo was one humiliation too many for Russia. As a result Moscow has agreed to back Saddam's plan of revenge and with Russian backing, Saddam is joining with Iran and Syria to launch one final war against Israel. Saddam will allow Iranian troops to cross Iraqi territory to join the attack on Israel. And to keep America from interfering, Moscow has given Osama bin Laden and other terrorists the means to attack American population centers with weapons of mass destruction. "Intelligence Digest" is an old and respected intelligence service from the UK and it says the threat is real and that it is based on hard intelligence.
Based on this latest information, it is clear that part of Russia's strategy is to destabilize the West...perhaps they will succeed and this is why America only makes a diplomatic protest when the Ezekiel 38 invasion begins. It may also be the reason why no overt reference to the U.S.A. is found in the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
We must recognize that it is God who causes countries to reign and other countries to be torn down. It is God who "changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning." (Dan 2:21)
If America moves against Israel in days ahead, it may be that this is what causes to scales of justice to tip on the side of the 40 million aborted babies and cause's God's righteous judgement to fall on America.

Recorded deaths have now climbed past 10,000, and the injured number above 45,000. At least 35,000 others could still be trapped under rubble, but experts warn that most could be dead from dehydration.
A strong earthquake measuring 6.7 on the open ended Richter scale rocked the Central American nation of Costa Rica early Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
An earthquake measuring an estimated 5.3 on the Richter scale rattled a rural section of Montana on Friday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
Four earthquakes hit parts of northwestern and southern Greece on Wednesday. Shortly after midnight, two tremors struck off the coast of the island of Kythira off the Peloponnese Peninsula, 140 miles south of Athens. The magnitude 4.1 quake was followed eight minutes later by a magnitude 4.2 tremor.
According to Reuters News Service, a quake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale hit the San Francisco area on Tuesday (8/17/99) night but
there were no immediate reports of damage or injury, officials
said. This may have been a warning to repent before judgement, in
accordance with Jude 1:3-8, is measured out.
Earlier this month, on Tuesday, Aug 17,1999, a massive earthquake struck at the heart of
Turkey's most populated cities killing over 3500 people so far and
injuring over 10,000. Tall buildings and homes collapsed. The
National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo. revised
its estimate of the quake's magnitude upward to 7.8, making it
nearly as powerful as the 7.9-magnitude San Francisco quake,
which killed 700 people in 1906.
Over the last couple of weeks there have been diverse and/or strong quakes around the world as predicted by Jesus in Matthew 24. On
Thu Aug 12,1999, a strong earthquake rocked parts of central Indonesia. It was a magnitude 6
earthquake struck centered beneath the Maluku Sea, about 200 miles east of the Central Sulawesi capital
of Palu, said Rasyid, an official of the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency in Jakarta. On
Wed Aug 11,1999 a series of earthquakes and aftershocks jolted large parts of the Mideast and western
Mediterranean islands, including Iran and Cyprus, where quakes with preliminary magnitudes of 4.2 and
5.8 were reported. Also on Wed Aug 11,1999 a moderate earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4.2
shook Tokyo and the port city of Yokohama.

Government agencies, banks, electric utilities and other companies around the United States will be watching closely for Y2K-like computer trouble next week when the date 9-9-99 arrives. The fear is that some computers may translate Sept. 9, 1999, as a ``9999'' stop-program command.
We have been hearing about 9/9/99 being an "acid-test" for Y2K. Well, I have to tell you, unless failures are caused on purpose to promote some agenda that we are not privy to, 9/9/99 is a non-event as far as the validity of legitimate Y2K problems occurring next year. I wrote many of the so-called "legacy" programs in the 70's and 80's including payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and many more. And yes I used on two-digit fields to store the year because back then there was so little memory (due to extremely high costs) on the mainframe computers that you spent hours shrinking programs down to as small as possible to run in the machine. There was no "New World Order Conspiracy." It was necessity. But relative to 9/9/99 being the so-called "acid-test" as to whether Y2K will really be a problem - hog wash!
Yes, I sometimes inserted all "9's in to a record when sorting the input so I would know when I got to end-of-input, but the possibility of the date September 9, 1999 causing a pre-mature end-of-input event is non-existent. One reason is September 9, 1999 is not stored as "9999", it is stored as "090999" in Gregorian date format and as "99252" in Julian date format - hardly all '9's, and even it the date were all '9s', that would have to be the field I was checking to tell me "end-of-input." - highly unlikely.
As far as embedded chips, I cannot imagine it being a problem. I can punch up all '9's on my Texas Instrument Calculator and it doesn't power off. Embedded chips are used in real-time applications and do not read batch input files.
The bottom line is September 9, 1999, is a non-event and it is not an acid-test for Y2K, so when nothing fails, do not be lulled to sleep that nothing will happen on 1/1/2000 - that remains to be seen.
However, I do find it interesting that there is a national power-grid test scheduled for 9/9/99. If problems are encountered, no doubt, 9/9/99 will be blamed. Not!
A Biblical response to all such coming perils is in order and that is to recognize that a wise man sees danger coming and makes provision, but a fool ignores it and suffers loss. Make some reasonable preparations so your family can survive in the event of Y2K problems and then get on with your life - including the Lord's work of bringing in the harvest. In fact, Y2K failures may present one of the greatest opportunities for soul-winning in the history of the world. I remember watching the floods in the Mid-West a few years ago and people who had lost everything, were giving God thanks and the glory because their lives had been spared. When the heat is turned up, one's priorities always shift and God percolates to the top of the list.
Wouldn't it be a wonderful witness if you or your church could offer your neighbors heat, food and water. What an opportunity to share the "Bread of Life."
If nothing happens with Y2K, hold on, judgements are being unleashed now with increasing frequency and intensity, you'll need your provisions in the months ahead.
Remember, if you do not seek the Lord in the good times, He may not even hear your prayers in the bad times.

Y2K may lead to the "Mark of the Beast" and the New World Order

Yacov Rambsel has made some incredible discoveries via the Bible Codes. For those not familiar with
this concept, the Rabbi's
had a saying with regard to the Word of God. They would say that you can never fully understand the
Bible until Messiah comes and when Messiah comes, he would interpret every book, every paragrah, every
sentence, every word, every letter, and even the spaces between the words.
With the advent of computers, the Hebrew text can be loaded into an array and then by picking an arbitrary
starting point in the text and skipping letters and spaces at equal intervals (ELS - Equidistant Letter
Sequences) you may find woven throughout the text messages that appear. One of Yacov's discoveries was
the name of Yeshua woven over and over again throughout the text of Isaiah 53. When Jesus said the whole
of the Book is written of Me, there may have been a depth to that statement that we are only now being able
to fathom, thanks to computers.
In this analysis, Yacov, has found references to Y2K computer failures and the rapture within the text of
Ezekiel 38. It may be that the Holy Spirit is telling us that all three of these events are somehow wrapped up
together.

of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them
handling swords.
This is a prophecy which refers to Russia and could be fulfilled in the very last days of this year or the
beginning of the next year.
One of my main thoughts on this invasion is that it could occur around the time of the year 2000. Many
centuries ago, Ezekiel, while writing this book, was moved by the Holy Spirit to write the exact words of
Hebrew for this prophecy. With His sovereign power and precision of planning, God controlled Ezekiel's
input and thoughts within this prophecy.
Amazingly, throughout the Old Testament (First Covenant), God has encoded startling, prophetic
information within His precise and beautiful Hebrew language. He does this through letter-skip intervals of
equal distances; this is called ELS, or equidistant-letter sequence. Could the insight above in those verses
of Scripture relate to the upcoming Y2K computer glitch?
Let us examine them through the glorious eyes of the Holy Spirit (Ruach haKodesh).

The 7.0 Earthquake in California that occurred yesterday is
known as a signature judgement of God. It occurred in the
high desert in a sparsely settled area, in the middle of the
night and resulted in no deaths and just a few minor
injuries. It is somewhat similar the the Northridge
earthquake that his in the middle of the California porn
industry that was also at a time that minimum loss of life
would occurr.

A Strong earthquake registering 5.9 on the Richter scale hit Athens Greece on Tuesday. At least 30 people
died, and nearly 100 were reported missing. More than 100 buildings crumbled and power and telephone
service was out in many places of this city of more than five million.
